Tri-Tech Software, "Software", is defined as AIM, AIMsi, Consignment Ease, Consignment Success and PC>Poll Software and any custom or mobile application created by Tri-Tech for use by our customers.
Tri-Tech Active-e Services, "Services", are the services purchased to enable external connectivity to AIM. This does not include web hosting.

We collect your information when you purchase and use our software, purchase hardware or supplies we sell, attend a webinar/training session, attend our sponsored events (tradeshows), download content from our website, when you interact with certain portions of our website and when you communicate with us via phone, email, chat or otherwise.

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services.
